Only photos with latitude/longitude metadata can appear on the map. The Android USB build now sends metadata and EXIF; the web API stores the metadata separately for map review.

Uploaded cards use the actual image blob through the /api/photo proxy. Capture source, content type, latitude and longitude are stored separately. Version 26.06.16.01 also fixes binary image upload handling and the map panel height.
